frustrated that you are spending more time managing behaviors than you’d like.
defeated at the end of the day and wondering what to do next.
burnt-out and wondering if teaching is really for you.
When I entered the preschool classroom, I searched high and low for a behavior system. I thought I needed a defined system.
But, after some reflection on past behavior management strategies – I felt some twinges of regret.
I knew more now, then I did then… and those systems I tried (and I tried them all) weren’t best.
So, I knew I had to find come up with a more holistic approach for the littlest learners that were entering my classroom.
This training includes real scenarios, right from my own classroom.
